1inch & Pegasus AMA

Last week we had an amazing discussion with the 1inch team at ETHDenver. We felt it was worth sharing a recap with you.

Team Pegasus: We understand there is currently a bounty to build a functional dashboard to display previous trade history, loss and overall profit among other things. How many applicants have made a successful product so far?

Team 1inch: We had a few entries but no one has come up with a final solution as of yet. We are always looking for ways to encourage developers to build upon current 1inch infrastructure.

Team Pegasus: With new DEX’s popping up almost daily, do you think it’s more important people focus on tools for existing platforms to come up rather than the problem of new DEX’s diluting the market?

Team 1inch: Yes, the problem in the DeFi space are there are too many Dex’s. We would much prefer people build tools then try to create more projects that already exist if the space is to move forward.

Team Pegasus: Would 1inch consider future partnerships with the right team if they built the right products?

Team 1inch: 1inch originated as a hackathon project, we are one of the biggest organizations to offer incentives for new up and coming projects and it would be a possibility we partner with such platforms in the future.
